Cody Schmitz

Cody Schmitz is currently employed as a CRSB Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, beginning in April 2023. Prior to this role, Cody served as a Bank Examiner III and held various positions at the Iowa Division of Banking from January 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included asset appraisal, management evaluation, and operational recommendations. Earlier experience includes working as a Bank Examiner II and Bank Examiner, as well as serving as Client Services Manager and Office Assistant at Lucasian Wealth Management, Inc. Cody Schmitz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Iowa State University, obtained in 2016, and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Marshalltown Community College, completed in 2014.
