Clayton Welch is the AVP & Information Security Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Clayton has over fifteen years of experience in the field of information security and web development. Clayton has worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for the majority of their career, starting as a Project Manager in 2006 and eventually becoming the Senior Manager of Application Development in 2016. In 2018, they assumed their current role as AVP & Information Security Officer. Clayton has played a vital role in the development and implementation of the Bank's information security program. Clayton has also been instrumental in leading various web development and IT projects throughout their career.

Clayton Welch completed their undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University in Management Information Systems. Clayton then went on to complete their Master's degree in Engineering Management, Information, and Systems from Southern Methodist University.

Clayton Welch reports to Steven Bullitt, VP & Chief Information Security Officer.
