Holly Cartagena

Holly Cartagena is an accomplished leader with extensive experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, currently serving as Vice President in the FedNow Chief Administrative Office, focusing on the development of an innovative instant payment service. Holly has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President of Supervision and Risk Management and Assistant Vice President of Supervision and Regulation Product & Portfolio Management, where Holly managed teams and collaborated with executive stakeholders to address regulatory challenges through process improvement and automation. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Manager in product management, Bank Examiner for Consumer Compliance, and Internal Auditor at Dickinson Financial Corporation. Holly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completed executive leadership programs at the Federal Reserve System and Center for Creative Leadership.
