Michael Liggins

Michael Liggins is an experienced investigator with a career spanning over three decades in law enforcement and consumer protection. Currently serving as a Senior Investigator and Computer Forensics Specialist at the Federal Trade Commission since June 2000, Michael Liggins manages complex investigations focused on various forms of financial fraud. Prior to this role, Michael Liggins worked at the Fulton County District Attorney's Office as a Senior Investigator in the White Collar Crime Unit, handling intricate financial crimes and public integrity cases. Michael Liggins' earlier experience includes roles as a Special Agent and Criminal Investigator with the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command, where responsibilities included supervising investigations and training personnel, and as a Military Policeman providing protective services to high-ranking military officials. Michael Liggins holds a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from Luther Rice College & Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Saint Leo University.
