Patrick Ross

Patrick Ross currently serves as the Senior Speechwriter to Chair Lina Khan at the Federal Trade Commission, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Patrick was Senior Director at West Wing Writers from 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities included writing speeches and op-eds for prominent figures in various sectors. In 2018, Patrick gained experience as a Content Specialist at Rising Tide Interactive, creating digital content during the US midterm elections. From 2016 to 2018, Patrick worked as a Writing and Research Specialist at The Wilma Theater, producing grant narratives and marketing materials. Patrick holds a BA in Theater and English Literature from Swarthmore College, earned in 2015.
