Serge Hayat

Serge Hayat is a prominent figure in the film and media industry, serving as Co-founder and CEO of SOFICA Cinémage since 2006, where an annual investment of approximately 10 million euros is allocated to French and European film production. As the Founder of Echo Studio, established in 2017, Hayat focuses on producing films that highlight social and environmental issues. Additional roles include being a Partner at Federation Entertainment and Doors, as well as Co-founder and CEO of the production company Fair Play, noted for the successful film "Un peu, beaucoup, aveuglément." Hayat is actively involved in academia as the Founder and President of the Media and Entertainment Program at Groupe ESSEC and has contributed to CANNESERIES as a member of the Advisory Board. Previously, Serge founded 123 Capucines and Peopleforcinema, which innovatively engaged audiences in film financing. Hayat holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a degree from CentraleSupélec.
