Xiaoxu Zhou

Xiaoxu ZHOU is a prominent figure in motorsport management and consulting, currently serving as the President of the FIA Electric and New Energy Championships Commission and Chief Consultant for the Shanghai Automobile and Motor Sports Association. With extensive experience that includes founding Shanghai Zelos Consulting & Management Co., Ltd, Xiaoxu has been instrumental in membership building and commercial partnership development within the motorsport sector. Previous roles include a management position with Shanghai Lisheng Racing Co., Ltd, focusing on team operations and technical regulations, and an aerodynamicist role at Caterham F1 Team, where responsibilities encompassed aerodynamic development and wind tunnel testing. Xiaoxu holds an MSc in Aerodynamics and Computation from the University of Southampton and has furthered education through Columbia Business School and Esade.
