Eric O.

Eric O. has extensive experience in counseling and case management, currently serving as a Counselor at the Federation of Organizations since October 2018 and as a Substance Abuse Counselor at the Bowery Residents Committee since November 2017. Prior to these roles, Eric held positions such as Substance Abuse Case Manager at the Center for Community Alternatives and worked in various capacities, including Case Manager and Outreach Engagement Specialist at EAC Network from September 2015 to July 2017. Eric began a career in customer support at LifeWatch from 2010 to 2014, assisting seniors with medical alerts, and previously supervised a call center at Arktele from July 2004 to December 2009. Academically, Eric O. earned a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Bible College between 2004 and 2008.
