Outreach and Development Team

The Outreach and Development Team at the Federation of Southern Cooperatives is responsible for engaging with and growing the cooperative network across the southern United States. They work to establish and strengthen cooperatives and credit unions, offering support and resources to enhance community quality of life. Additionally, the team focuses on retaining and expanding landholdings for Black and underserved farmers while advocating for policies that benefit their membership. Through direct outreach, educational initiatives, and strategic partnerships, they aim to foster economic freedom and racial equity within their communities.
