Tracy Brightman

Tracy Brightman serves as the Chief People Officer at FedEx, previously holding multiple roles at FedEx Office, including General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Legal & Human Resources, as well as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Communications and Vice President of U.S. Human Resources. Prior to FedEx, Tracy held the position of Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Associates First Capital and worked at Littler Mendelson as a Shareholder and Associate. Tracy also gained experience as an Associate in the Labor & Employment Section at Bracewell & Patterson. Tracy Brightman holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
