Chelsea Richer

Chelsea Richer, AICP, is a Principal at Fehr & Peers, where a professional journey began in November 2013, progressing through various roles including Associate and Senior Transportation Planner. Chelsea's earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at UCLA from September 2012 to June 2014, and managing the Safe Routes to School Program at the Chicago Department of Transportation for Active Transportation Alliance from June 2009 to July 2012. In this role, Chelsea oversaw a team to enhance youth outreach and develop educational curricula focused on pedestrian safety and active living. Chelsea's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Environmental Studies from the University of Chicago.
