David Francis

David Francis is an experienced UXO Engineer with a robust background in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and training. Currently serving as a UXO Engineer for Brimstone and as a UXO Engineer/Team Leader for Fellows International Limited since May and August 2021, respectively, David also contributes to the United Nations MINUSCA mission in the Central African Republic as an Instructor/Mentor for advanced Search & C-IED with The Development Initiative Limited from March 2023 to November 2024. David's previous roles include positions at SafeLane Global, HM Forces (Army) Corps of Royal Engineers, RPS, Perkins Asset Management Ltd, DEMINETEC, ADEDE Search & Recovery, and MSH UXO Ltd. David's educational background includes specialized training at the Defence EOD Munitions and Search School and qualifications in IMAS EOD from institutions in Malta and Kosovo.
