Dominic Paolucci

Dominic Paolucci has extensive experience in leadership and operations within nonprofit organizations, particularly in faith-based outreach. Since May 2010, Dominic has served as the South Area Director for The Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS), where responsibilities include directing missions that engage college students in service and evangelization, managing a team to achieve significant growth in mission participation and fundraising, and overseeing operational aspects. Previous roles at FOCUS include Director of Missions and Operations Manager, where Dominic contributed to the training of mission teams and the expansion of mission offerings. Prior to FOCUS, Dominic founded Holy Grounds Coffee Shop and developed a lawn care business from a young age. Dominic holds an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from Benedictine College.
