Natalie Hartkopf

Natalie Hartkopf is the Chief Executive Officer of Hightower, a position held since June 2003, where a focus is on driving growth and fostering a distinctive company culture. As a Co-Founder of Hightower, Natalie has gained extensive experience across multiple disciplines including Sales, Business Development, and Human Resources since its inception. Additionally, Natalie serves as an LP Investor at Graham & Walker and is a member of YPO. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Support at Remind, where engagement with educators and innovative colleagues from leading tech companies enhanced professional development. Academically, Natalie is an MBA candidate at The Wharton School, pursuing further studies at UW Foster School of Business, and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the University of Washington.
