Kailyn Calloway

Kailyn Calloway, M.A., currently serves as a Creative and Productions Assistant at the Georgia Department of Transportation since February 2024. Involved with Femme It Forward as a Next Gem Femme Mentee since October 2022, Kailyn also holds the position of A&R Intern at Artis Entertainment Group and oversees Artists Relations and Brand Management at Spotlight Mixer. Previously, Kailyn contributed as a Show Producer at Kluster Radio Media, where responsibilities included content development and social media management, and worked as a Social Media Manager at VTV Network, successfully growing social audiences. Earlier experience includes roles as a Paraprofessional with Atlanta Public Schools and a Museum Staff/Facilitator at the Trap Music Museum. Kailyn's journey began with on-air roles at 1075 KZL and WNAA 90.1, paired with educational credentials including a Bachelor's degree in Communication from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master's degree in Digital Media Strategies from Georgia State University.
