Barbara Wilk

Barbara Wilk is an experienced professional in the fields of talent management, recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as the Director of International Talent Management & Employer Branding at Eye Security, Barbara is responsible for leading talent and employer branding functions across BeNeLux, DACH, and the UK. In addition, Barbara is active as a mentor at Femme Palette and as a TA/HR Leader at Project Onwards, where expertise in DEI and talent strategies is applied to support early-stage tech companies. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Andela and Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA at Uber, where significant contributions were made to international recruitment and inclusive hiring practices.
