Jon Maclennan

Jon MacLennan is a long-time Los Angeles-based musician, artist, songwriter, producer, and instructor with 19 years of experience teaching acoustic/electric guitar and ukulele. As a session and touring musician, MacLennan has played guitar for top artists in the blues and rock, and for TV and film projects with major movie studios and television networks, including: Twentieth Century Fox, Disney Channel, the NHL, and Amazon Studios. A graduate of UCLA, MacLennan holds a bachelor’s degree in Ethnomusicology, Jazz Guitar Performance. Jon grew up surfing and playing guitar on the beach every day.
