Mr. Michael Yu-Sheng Lu, was a supervisor of Feng Tay Company from 2006 to 2015. Since 2018 he was elected as an independent director of the company.
Mr. Lu has a master's degree in accounting from Soochow University. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting firms and is currently the director of FORMOSA Certified Public Accountant.
