Ronald K. Rybar

Ronald K. Rybar was appointed a Director of the Corporation and the Bank in October 2010. In May 2021, he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board. Mr. Rybar is the founder and President of The Rybar Group, a health care consulting company. Mr. Rybar’s experience in public accounting and hospital finance qualify him to serve as a financial expert and Chairman of the Corporation’s and Bank’s Audit Committees.
