Ran Ben-Tzur

Ran Ben-Tzur has extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Fenwick & West since September 2010, where involvement includes work within the Corporate Group. Prior to this, Ran held positions at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as an intern in the Division of Enforcement and as a Summer Associate at Fenwick & West LLP. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Hugh and Hazel Darling Law Library and as an Assurance Associate at Grant Thornton. Ran Ben-Tzur earned a Juris Doctor degree with a Business Law Specialization from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from UCLA.
