Michaël Billong

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and blockchain technology. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape through dynamic and reliable processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha's expertise extends to advising on decentralization strategies, evidenced by past involvement with IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management from MIT and PMI, respectively.
