Catherine Gaille

Catherine Gaille is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as Vice President, Global HR Business Partner for Commercial Operations at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since September 2012, Catherine has progressed through various roles within the company, including Associate Vice President and Senior Director. Prior experience includes serving as Regional HR Director at Regus and Regional Human Resources Manager at Lexmark, as well as acting as HR Director at Accenture, where Catherine led HR initiatives for the Resources Industry across Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Catherine holds degrees from the University of Lausanne - UNIL and Cessnov.
