Sergey Gladishev

Sergey Gladishev has over two decades of experience in the field of software development and IT management, currently serving as the Head of R&D & CMO Solutions and Global IT Business Partner at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since May 2003. Prior roles at Ferring include Senior Team Manager and Team Lead in various areas related to pharma R&D and manufacturing. Prior to Ferring, Sergey worked at Orange as a Software Architect/Developer and Integration Manager, and also held positions at Mobilix, Ooh-ya.com GmbH, and Mebius as a software developer and architect. Sergey holds a master's degree in computer science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, earned between 1990 and 1995.
