Josse Klijnsma

Josse Klijnsma is the Head of Dutch Corporate Governance and Capital Markets at Ferrovial, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Josse served as a Senior Associate and Lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from September 2014 to August 2024, specializing in corporate, capital markets, finance, and governance law. Josse also worked as an Associate and participated in international arbitration and litigation. Academic achievements include a PhD with Cum Laude distinction from the University of Amsterdam, where Josse was involved in research and organization of seminars and conferences. Additional experience encompasses positions as a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School, a lecturer, and various roles in legal research and editing. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in law and philosophy from leading institutions, along with an exchange program at New York University School of Law.
