Heather Wagner

Heather Wagner is an accomplished Human Resources Manager at Palace Entertainment since June 2012, where responsibilities include auditing payroll, managing labor budgets, and overseeing both domestic and international staff hiring. Wagner has also served as Finance Manager, focusing on P&L analysis and invoice processing, and as Aquatics Manager, supervising over 200 lifeguards. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Therapist at Integrated Development Services, overseeing teams for in-home therapy for children with Autism, and an internship at the Portage County Health Department working on health promotion initiatives. Wagner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
