Grant Forss has a diverse work experience starting with their most recent position as an Information Technology Engineer at Fetch Rewards. Prior to that, they worked at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as an Information Technology Desktop Support where they created tools, implemented automated workflows, designed dashboards, and tracked service desk data. Before that, Grant was a Help Desk Technician at TDS®. Grant also has experience in management as a Shift Manager at Colectivo Coffee, where they improved cafe efficiency, conducted hiring interviews and performance reviews, analyzed costs, and wrote schedules.
