Phil Sorgen

Phil Sorgen is a seasoned executive in the technology sector, currently serving as a Venture Partner at Tola Capital since September 2021, where involvement includes guiding portfolio companies on sales and growth strategies. In addition, Sorgen holds board director positions at Fetcher, Simpplr, and Nulogy, contributing to advancements in automated recruitment, employee engagement, and supply chain visibility. Previously, Sorgen was Chief Revenue Officer at RingCentral, overseeing global sales and partnerships, and held multiple roles at Microsoft from 2000 to 2020, including Corporate Vice President of US Enterprise Commercial and Worldwide Partner Group, driving significant revenue through enterprise solutions and a vast partner ecosystem.
