Elissa Prout

Elissa Prout is an accomplished Technical Project Manager at Fever-Tree, a position held since September 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Beech-Nut Nutrition Company, where responsibilities spanned from Project Manager in Product Development to Food Scientist and Food Technologist, from June 2014 to September 2021. Elissa gained earlier experience as a Fitness Monitor at Cornell Fitness Center, and through internships in Research and Development and Quality Assurance at Beech-Nut Nutrition Corporation. Initial work experience includes roles as a Receptionist and Childcare Provider. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Cornell University, completed in 2014.
