Fawaz Olabooye

Fawaz Olabooye is a seasoned talent consultant with extensive experience in engineering, product, and technology recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Consultant II at Few&Far since May 2023, Fawaz specializes in DevOps, SRE, and Security. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Partner at Coro, where Fawaz collaborated with the Head of R&D to scale the tech team across multiple countries. Fawaz also held various positions at Dragonfly People from November 2019 to May 2023, progressing from Recruitment Consultant to Principal Consultant, focusing on software engineering, product design, and data analytics. Additional experience includes serving as a Talent Partner for Moonfare. Fawaz holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport and Exercise Science from Coventry University and A levels from the Royal Hospital School.
