The Community Engagement and Outreach Team at FFLAG focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with local chapters, facilitating support groups, organizing educational events, and advocating for safe and inclusive environments. Through direct interaction with families, schools, and community organizations, the team aims to offer support, raise awareness, and promote acceptance for LGBTQ+ individuals and their families.
