Steve Hall

Steve Hall, CPC, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in executive search and talent consulting. Currently serving as the Country Manager for the USA at IESF - International Executive Search Federation since August 2021, Steve plays a key role in executive recruitment across 18 countries. As Vice President and Senior Talent Consultant at Find Great People since January 2004, Steve focuses on delivering talent solutions to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Previously, Steve held positions at Find Great People, including Director of Professional Recruiting and Senior Executive Search Consultant, where significant contributions were made to the Executive Search division. Steve holds a BS in Marketing Management from Bob Jones University, awarded in 1989.
