Kai Peter Rath

Kai Peter Rath is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at FGS Global since November 2020, Kai previously held multiple director-level positions at McKinsey & Company from January 2008 to November 2020, overseeing communications for Germany, Western Europe, and Europe as a whole. Prior to that, Kai was Deputy Editor-in-chief at WirtschaftsWoche from October 1999 to December 2007 and held correspondent and editorial roles at FOCUS Magazin and Capital Magazin. Early career experience includes serving as a Radio Presenter and Business Editor at WDR Westdeutscher Rundfunk. Kai Peter Rath is academically grounded with a Master's degree in Business Administration and Social Psychology from the University of Cologne and completed journalism training at the Henri Nannen School of Journalism.
