Justin Raybourn

Justin Raybourn is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the design and manufacturing sectors, particularly within the automotive and defense industries. Currently serving as an Engineer at Fibreworks Composites LLC since July 2023, Justin previously held the role of Director of Engineering at MSI Defense Solutions from December 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 20 engineers, rebuilding department culture post-COVID, and leading cross-functional projects. Prior to this, Justin held key engineering leadership positions at Michael Waltrip Racing, PWR Performance Products, and Hendrick Motorsports, demonstrating a strong track record in engineering management, technical sales, project management, and customer relationship development. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
