Fadi Bouchaaya

Fadi Bouchaaya is a seasoned construction and operations expert with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Director at Fibrex Construction Group since July 2021, Fadi previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Cloisall from June 2010 to August 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing operations across finance, HR, business development, estimation, procurement, commercial activities, construction, and factories, with notable projects such as Dubai Airport Concourse B and il Primo luxury residential tower. Prior to that, Fadi was the Acting Director and Senior Projects Manager at Engineers Office, a prestigious private firm associated with the Royal projects of HH the Ruler of Dubai. Additionally, Fadi worked as Chief Projects at Kabbani A&K from August 2001 to August 2006. Fadi Bouchaaya holds a Master’s degree in International Architecture from Beaux Arts and completed studies at Collège des Frères Mont La Salle from 1980 to 1992.
