Leon Crook

Leon Crook has extensive experience in streetworks and civil engineering, currently serving as a Streetworks Inspector at Fibrus since July 2024. Prior to this role, Leon worked as a Streetworks Compliance Supervisor at Morrison Telecom Services from January 2019 to July 2024, and held positions including Pre Site Agent at Cb Surveys/Tk Gallagher and Senior Noticing/Works Coordinator Manager at M & M Contractors. Leon's foundational experience in the field began at Lancashire County Council, where a range of roles was undertaken from 2003 to 2017, including Senior NRSWA Coordinator and NRSWA Inspector. Educational qualifications include an ONC in Civil Engineering from Preston College (2004-2006) and NRSWA Supervisor Accreditation.
