Mihai Stoicescu

Mihai Stoicescu is an accomplished electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and technical advisory roles across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as an External Technical Advisor Senior Electrical Expert at Fichtner since September 2020, Mihai leads significant projects, including the DEWA Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park. Previously, Mihai held various managerial positions at Energoprojekt Entel and Fichtner Consulting Engineers, overseeing critical infrastructure projects such as substations and transmission lines in Dubai. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, Mihai has developed a strong foundation in technical and operational aspects of high voltage systems throughout a career spanning over two decades, including roles in dispatching and electrical supply management.
