Cledisson de Souza Machado has extensive experience in the tooling and manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Ferramenteiro at FICOSA since October 2014. Responsibilities include performing corrective and preventive maintenance on injection molds using conventional machine tools, mold adjustment, maintenance of hot runner systems, and troubleshooting injection process failures, while adhering to 5S metrics. Previously, Cledisson held the position of Lider de ferramentaria at FEDEER COMPONENTES AUTOMOTIVOS from August 2012 to July 2014, where duties involved constructing injection molds and progressive dies, overseeing mold adjustments and team delegation, while maintaining quality and deadlines in line with 5S principles.
