Ana Alves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits, having held various leadership and specialist roles at companies such as Fidelidade and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, focusing on performance management and rewards for Spain and Portugal. In addition to expertise in human resources, Ana has a background as a yoga teacher, having completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy program at Yoga Teachers College.
