Susana Calisto has extensive experience in business continuity and management consulting, currently serving as the Business Continuity Process Owner at Fidelidade since May 2024. Prior to this role, Susana held various positions at Accenture from June 2016 to May 2024, including Associate Manager and Team Lead in Business Continuity. In an earlier role as a Management Consultant from February 2012 to December 2015, Susana worked independently. Susana’s career also includes experience as a Media Management Consultant and Team Lead for Marketing for Angola at Accenture, as well as working in Public Relations at Turismo de Portugal. The professional journey began in September 1997 as a Customer Assistant at BBVA Finanziamento, progressing to an Executive Assistant position at Accenture before obtaining a Licenciatura in Marketing from IADE in 1997.
