Joan Clifford

Joan Clifford currently serves as the Head of Customer Service at Fidelity Bank PLC since December 2020, after holding the position of Senior Customer Care Representative. Prior experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at the Ministry of Agriculture in Ogun State from July 2019 to May 2020, and Agriculture Teacher positions at both Federal Staff Secondary School and Uselu Secondary School. Additionally, Joan worked as a Farm Assistant for the University of Benin Farm Project in 2017. Joan holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Benin, completed in 2018.
