Jenny Thompson

Jenny Thompson possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held leadership roles such as Head of HR for Group Functions and for Technology and Finance at Fidelity International. Prior to that, Jenny held several positions at Barclays Capital, including Vice President, Senior Generalist/Business Partner for Global Markets, and Vice President, Front Office Learning and Development Lead. Jenny's career began at Barclays Bank PLC as an HR Learning and Organisation Development Partner. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Modern History from Brunel University London.
