Caitlin Hirschman

Caitlin Hirschman currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fidelity National Financial, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Previously, Caitlin held roles at Rho, first as Director of Project Delivery and then as Clinical Team Lead, focusing on project success through compliance with study protocols and development of clinical research associates (CRAs). Earlier experience at INC Research as Senior Clinical Team Lead involved managing clinical trials and ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition/Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia.
