Glen MacDonald

Glen Macdonald has extensive experience in project management and software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager for the Leap Program at Fidelity Investments since 1997, overseeing tracks in Software Engineering, Database Engineering, and Mainframe Development. Prior to this role, Glen held positions as a Senior Project Manager, leading key initiatives including the Sybase Decommissioning and the AS400 Trading System Support. Glen's career began at Marcam Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Lead for both product development and consulting divisions, specializing in AS/400 systems. Glen acquired technical education at Blue Hill Tech Institute and Avon High School.
