Chris Albritton

Chris Albritton is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Field Agent since October 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Director of Account Management at BCS LLC from May 2023 to October 2024. Chris's tenure at Field Agent began in April 2014, where various leadership roles were undertaken, including Director of Client Operations, Director of Project Management, Senior Manager of Project Management, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Team Lead - Project Management, Project Manager, and Agent Services Manager. Before joining Field Agent, Chris was the Department Manager at Lewis & Clark Outfitters from June 2012 to April 2014. Chris earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Arkansas, completing studies in 2012.
