Mr. Casella is a retired Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). During his career he served as Global Engagement Partner leading numerous of the firm’s largest audit clients globally. He had 40 years of experience with the firm, including 26+ as a partner. His tenure included 16+ years in a variety of leadership functions spanning industry, technical, global and national roles, including being the Managing Partner overseeing PwC’s U.S. Financial Services Practice, and leading the firm’s U.S. Alternative Investments Practice. Mr. Casella’s expertise encompasses strategy, planning and implementation, crisis management, corporate governance, regulatory management and process automation. Additionally, Mr. Casella has over 26 years of directorship experience serving on professional and civic boards. He currently serves as a member of the University of Chicago Dean’s Parent and Family Counsel, and is a past member of the Board of Advisors of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, the Board of Directors of the East Harlem Tutorial Program and the Boards of Trustees of the Melrose School in Brewster, New York, and the North Salem Central School District. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
