Hitesh Aggarwal

Hitesh Aggarwal is a seasoned professional in firmware development and embedded systems, currently serving as Sr. Manager Firmware at Fiem Industries Ltd. since May 2024, where leadership of a team of firmware developers has resulted in successful proof-of-concept products. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Motherson Group from February 2022 to April 2024, focusing on the development of telematics products, implementing key CAN UDS features, and ensuring seamless deployment. Hitesh has also contributed significantly as a Deputy Manager at both Motherson Group and Planetcast Media Services Limited, and founded CIARATEK, specializing in IoT solutions. Earlier roles include Senior Design Engineer at Resonant Electronics, where hardware and firmware for various innovative products were developed, and Associate Engineer at Resonant Embedded Private Limited, focusing on embedded product R&D. Hitesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Shri Balwant Institute of Technology.
