Roy Vanderpool

Roy Vanderpool, MBA PMP, currently serves as Lead Agilist at Fifth Third Bank since March 2024. Previously, Roy held the position of Senior Scrum Master at Kroger from May 2022 to March 2024, where coaching was provided to the Network Security and Network Engineering teams during their agile transformation. Roy's earlier experience includes roles such as IT Program Manager at Total Quality Logistics, Project Specialist at EMCOR Group, Inc., and Operations Service Supervisor at Cintas, overseeing a team that managed service for approximately 900 accounts. Additionally, Roy served as Delivery Operations and Customer Service Manager at the United States Postal Service, managing day-to-day operations and supervising over 75 employees at a major Cincinnati branch. Roy earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
