Josh Melnyk

Josh Melnyk is an Associate at Fifth Wall, specializing in the Real Estate Tech Investment Team since March 2022, having previously served as an Analyst in the same team. Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Josh worked at Citi as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging from June 2020 to March 2022, and completed an internship as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in that sector. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Development Manager at Laiye, where responsibilities involved AI and robotic process automation solutions. Josh Melnyk holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and is a graduate of Chantilly High School.
