Cyndi Rodriguez

Cyndi Rodriguez serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Figure Markets since January 2024. Cyndi co-founded Collective Liquidity, Inc. in April 2022 and provides advisory services. Previously, Cyndi held several significant legal positions, including Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Nasdaq Private Market from September 2021 to December 2023, and at SharesPost from April 2019 to November 2020. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Astrella and Vested, as well as co-founding roles at Collective Liquidity and Forge. Cyndi's legal education was completed at The University of Texas School of Law, where a JD was earned, and a BA was obtained from The University of Texas at Austin.
