Matt Conroy

Matt Conroy is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Figure Markets since April 2024 and holding multiple roles, including Advisor and CTO, at Figure since January 2018. With a strong background in financial technology, Conroy has contributed to transforming consumer credit products through innovative solutions leveraging blockchain, AI, and analytics. Previously, Conroy was Vice President of Engineering at SoFi, overseeing all engineering aspects, and played a significant role in advancing modern finance. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Software Engineer at Tru Student, Inc. and Application Developer III at the Student Assistance Foundation, among others. Conroy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Carroll College and an Associate's degree from the University of Montana.
